Long-form YouTube

We plan YouTube integrations the way a television buyer plans a schedule: a reach target, a guarantee on every placement, verification over 90 days and a make-good when a video falls short.

You receive

Schedule and delivery report

A schedule with reach and frequency by week, a guarantee and make-good term for every placement, and a delivery report at 30, 60 and 90 days that a broadcast buyer would recognize.

How a schedule is bought

  1. Plan reach before choosing channels

We set the number of people you need to reach and how often, then build a schedule of channels and dates that gets there with the least overlap between audiences.

  2. Integration or dedicated video

Integration: a sponsored segment within a creator’s video. Dedicated video: a video wholly about the brand (ThoughtLeaders, 2026-04-14). We buy integrations for reach and frequency and dedicated videos when a product needs a full demonstration.

  3. Guarantee every flat fee

Each placement carries a minimum view count within an agreed window and a make-good if it falls short, usually an extra integration or a pro-rated credit.

  4. Verify at 30, 60 and 90 days

An integration goes on collecting views long after release; across over 10,000 integrations, Agentio counted close to 40% of views after day 30 (Agentio, 2026-01-14). Delivery is therefore checked three times before a placement closes.

  5. Extend what works with paid media

Creator Partnerships allows a linked creator video to run as paid media in Google Ads; obtaining the rights is the advertiser’s duty (Google Ads Help, retrieved 2026-10-05). We agree that use in the original buy so the price is known.

  6. Plan repeats

Agentio’s data shows click-through climbing about 10% per repeat booking with one creator, and conversion rate about 1.9 times higher at the sixth booking (Agentio, 2026-01-14). Channels that verified and converted are renewed; the rest are not.

Two curves of cumulative views rise over 90 days. Integration one passes the 400,000 guarantee around day 42 and ends near 452,000. Integration two ends near 331,000, about 83 percent of the guarantee, which triggers a make-good.0k100k200k300k400k500kDay 30Day 60Day 90GuaranteeIntegration 1, 113%Integration 2, 83%: make-good

Why YouTube is planned this way

Edison Research’s October 2024 figures rank YouTube first among weekly US podcast listeners, at 31% (Edison Research, 2024-10-23). YouTube reported in June 2025 that podcasts on the platform reach a billion monthly viewers (YouTube, 2025-06-18). BrandConnect became YouTube Creator Partnerships on 2026-03-23 and now sits inside Google Ads and Display & Video 360 (YouTube, 2026-03-23). Creator integrations now sit in the same tools as the rest of a video plan, and we hold them to the same standard of planning and verification.
