1. Scope
This notice covers sentrymp.com (the "Site") and the brief form on the contact page (the "Form"). "Submission" means the information a person enters in the Form and sends.
2. Data collected
A Submission contains name, business email, company, role (when given), category, budget range and the message. The Site collects nothing else. It places no cookies, has no analytics or ad tracking, and requests no fonts or code from third parties.
3. Purpose
A Submission is used only to answer the brief it contains. It is never sold or rented, and it is never placed on a marketing or mailing list.
4. Processors
The Form forwards each Submission to the inbox or system in which inquiries are handled. Vercel hosts the Site. As host, it handles each request and retains server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
5. Retention
A Submission is retained while work is under discussion with the sender. It is deleted on request, or once that discussion has ended and it serves no further purpose.
6. Requests
A sender may request a copy of the information held about them, a correction or deletion. Requests go through the Form and should state what is required. Completion is confirmed by email.
7. Revisions
Any revision to this notice is published here, with the revision date above updated to match.
